Standard Orders
At Halo & Co., we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify a standard in-stock order, please contact us at concierge@coveredbyhalo.com within 24 hours of order placement.
Once this time window has passed, or if your order has already been processed by our fulfillment team, the order is considered locked and cannot be cancelled. As a reminder, all standard sales are final upon fulfillment.
Pre-Order Collections
For select releases, we open pre-orders for a limited time to reduce waste and ensure every premium umbrella and silk-twill scarf gets the attention it deserves. Production begins immediately after we close our pre-order run.
Because your order directly helps bring these exclusive designs to life, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the pre-order purchasing window officially closes. Estimated shipping for all pre-order items is 4 to 6 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
