Return and Refund Policy

At Halo & Co., we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our premium umbrellas and silk-twill scarves. Because of the delicate nature of our artist-designed canopies and the strict sanitary considerations for our scarves, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for standard purchases.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team at concierge@coveredbyhalo.com immediately so we can assist you.

Klarna Purchases Only

If you completed your purchase using Klarna as your payment method, a separate return policy applies exclusively to your order to comply with Klarna merchant protection guidelines.

Items purchased with Klarna may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return under this policy, the items must remain entirely unopened and unused for sanitary reasons.

Please note the following terms for Klarna returns:

  • You have the right to return qualifying items with free return postage.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to Klarna returns.
  • Store credit and exchanges are not applicable for Klarna purchases.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original Klarna payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
