Shipping and Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?:
General Shipping:
- We ship worldwide. Most of our orders go out within 24 hours of purchase.
- Domestic shipping in the United States generally takes 3-7 business days with UPS Ground from the date of purchase.
- Domestic shipping rates are typically between $6-$12 (calculated at checkout) depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.
- Once order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
How can I track my order?: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs office.
Unpaid Fees: Orders will not be refunded due to unpaid customs fees.

What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at concierge@coveredbyhalo.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.
